Their journey began by chance, but it was their complementary skills, their deep experience in different fields and their passion for sport that turned them into a team. Paolo, a former Olympian and experienced figure skating coach, has dedicated over 30 years to the sport. He had developed an innovative training method, BMETHOD, based on biomechanical principles that has been proven in practice over the years. Even though he had successfully trained many athletes in different clubs, Paolo dreamed of creating a place where athletes could receive holistic support and personalized training at the highest level. However, to build an academy, something else was needed: entrepreneurship.

This is where Jenny comes in. With a background in fashion, purchasing and product management, she had spent years refining her skills in branding and strategic planning. Developing various start-ups shaped her entrepreneurial abilities. Jenny has a talent for turning visions into reality. She was also looking for a new way to apply her skills in a different field that would make a lasting difference in people’s lives.

When Jenny and Paolo first met and exchanged ideas, they got along immediately. Paolo shared his vision of an academy that would enable athletes to receive holistic training which means On-Ice, Off-Ice, mental coaching, nutrition coaching and much more. Jenny, fascinated by his vision, saw a unique opportunity to apply her expertise in the areas of corporate strategy and brand development in an area that could benefit from a new approach.
